I used a Ducky and a FILCO before, albeit a 104-key DUCK and a TKL FILCO, and I prefer the FILCO.
Also tried a TKL Leopold before, and I think Leopold and FILCO, as far as TKL is concerned, they can fight each other.

You should head to lowyat and test for yourself instead, the DUCKY anyway, since you already have a FILCO.

I use the file on the nail clipper.
I use my cheapo tweezers and use leverage on the keycaps. Not sure what would happen if the keycaps are thin and brittle, but for my FILCO, it works nicely.

If the Keycool keycaps are too loose, I've found that slotting a small piece of tissue paper when the stabilizers are inserted holds the stabilizers in place.
The modifiers for the Cherry and SP double shots needs a hack like that

I still prefer Cherry stabilizers (the ones on the leopold), and the switches are lubricated.

Can I trouble you to take a picture of the caps lock removed?
Also, can you try maybe put the caps lock from the Ducky on to the G80-3800?

The only distro outisde of US is The keyboard company at the UK.
Unicomp is not very good at marketing. Plus their build quality is not to par.

If you want you can make investment tongue.gif , bring in unicomp.

Get it from Taobao. Rm100-150 average selling price including shipping.
If you are lucky you can get a SSK. Try to ask the sellers whether they are in stock or not.

The guy's price is not confirmed.
He said it will be higher or lower depend on final pricing, for the alu and non-alu versions.

I did not find PCB mounted clears to be nice at all. Mod the springs though, and it felt great.
Plate mount Clears feels nice, but a little bit on the heavy side.

Worth or not is a pointless discussion. You cannot get a white FILCO locally, Barring that pink/white version and Taobao is the most convenient avenue to get it, unless you can get it from Amazon for cheaper.


Whether it's too white, Mac white, milk white, beige white, solid white, that's really personal preference
