Just because it is made in Taiwan, doesn't mean that Costar made it.
I'm just shooting in the dark here, but there are a lot more companies making keyboards in Taiwan than costar alone.
But at the very least, the chances of it being made by Costar is higher than that of iOne.
We should wait till someone open it up then only can get a better idea of who actually made it.

A term used to describe the technological prowess of an individual, usually in an internet community. Factors that engorge the e-penis include bandwidth, computer speed, hard drive size, size of DVD collection, and an impressive frag count in any number of popular first person shooters.
It is used when one guy having more pricy or higher class tech related items over others. The pricier, the longer the e-penor.
I don't think HHKB is programmable, but it come with some keys swapping by the dips switch at it's back.
