erm... Maybe, depends on the feedback of the product. Meanwhile, their other G80 "Might" will be available soon in MY too

That's why i say, who will be honored to do the "Dismantle" stuff. Definitely not me as i don't have that time tongue.gif
*
It will need a different screwdriver too(which I don't had ATM). mad.gif

I will get the screw driver once I got the keyboard.

So this is how it look like putting together the SS 7G armrest and the Filco 87keys yellow keyboard moded with black pbt keycaps......
the bottom side of the armrest height is same with the keyboard bottom side, so I can say it fit quite nicely there, the back of it the USB wire attached to the keyboard part, the armrest  has the arch to let the wire go through......
I don't know if other keyboards like 104 keys has the wire connect to the middle or side.
The wire connect to the keyboard part are not supporting the armrest, it has some space still at the top of the arch,
the side of the arm rest are the actual point that support the weight, not the wire.
*
Can take a side-view of it?

blackwidow is which one?

Blackwidow is R1,R2,R3 and R4.

It means that the bottom most row(nearest to you) is R1, and the next rows are R1, R2, R3, R4 and R4.

In case you confused. It is R1(near you), R1, R2, R3, R4, R4(furthest).

The "Esc" and "~`" rows are R4 height, the "Tab" row is R3 height, the "Caps Lock" row is R2 height and the "Shift" and "Ctrl" row is R1 height. It apply for the whole row.

BTW, even if they are called R1, R2 and so on. They still having different standard(in height/elevation especially) for different OEM and manufacturers. For example BWU's keycaps are taller compared to most other brands.

http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=9889985904

this one suitable for blackwidow and steelseries6gv2 anot?

or u can recommend better ones. notworthy.gif
*
Most replacement keycaps can fit almost all brands perfectly, except that some will be either a little too low or too high(more than a little for Cherry/Noppoo).

The problem with Blackwidow is hard(near to impossible) to find suitable replacement for the "Ctrl" row.

The problem with SS7G on the other hand is harder(except those custom made for SS7G) to find the "Enter"/"Right Shift".

so that u are saying that, the all the keys above the CTRL row for the blackwidow fits perfectly? accept for the last row?
the ss6gv2 enter and right shift button not suitable?
*
The keys should fit Blackwidow(a little lower than original height). The last row can't fit because the last row is using a odd layout which not much OEM go for, thus no ppl make replacement for it.

For SS, it is the having a rare(in term of what normally found on others) size for "Enter" or "Shift".

Cherry MX wise, China branded boards(noppoo, keycool, poker, flashget and many more, some are good but some are...) or Ducky 1008.

If not necessary Cherry MX, then should be Ducky 1008XM, which use alps switch.

Added on March 1, 2012, 10:50 pmYo dawg, I heard you like over-branded stuffs so I(CoolerMaster) made another overbranded stuff so you can carry your overbranded keyboard with a overbranded keyboard bag.

Though it may sound hopeless for a RM190 Cherry branded keyboard, I will still get it for:
1. The lul, LOL...
2. Still a Cherry branded keyboard, which mean PCB mounted. brows.gif
3. The LOL flat keycaps
4. those in GH to be jelly(as so far G80-3800 only for Asia market).

RM190 and it fit four points, worth it already. whistling.gif

If you really want to spam in o2jam, you need to take note on the KRO (key rollver). If you are using PS/2 connection, I guess Filco, Leopold and Ducky are okay because all of them have NKRO via PS/2. But for USB, only leopold has 17 KRO and leopold/ducky only has 6 KRO, which is one key short to play O2JAM.
*
Most of Ducky models(all their G2 models, which translate to most of their porducts) are now USB NKRO.

according to what I had saw for all this while, I believe that it will be:
clear black translucent - ABS
ESC doubleshot (red) - ABS
Rainbow caps - highly possible to be PBT if it is dyed, else I bet ABS too

BWU stealth. since it support 6KRO via usb i wanna try whether it can achieve NKRO via PS2

about the converter, i tried with my mouse as well. can't work
*
Razer BWU can't use ps2 connection, so stealth version probably can't too. It is because Razer said that in order to use all their software, function and bling bling, they need to use USB and ps2 can't support them.

Inorder to achieve NKRO under ps2, the keyboard itself need to be equipped with lots of diodes.

China brands, should cost around RM200-250.

Taobao agent probably the easier and cheaper way. It normally charge you around 5-10% commission and shipping(by air) from China cost around RM12/kg.

I am thinking to mod a keyboard with different MX switches...... but the one with the steel boards need to mod with soldering right? And I do not have any skill in soldering.
*
Cherry G80-3800(AKA Cherry MX K2.0). Can't really say it is China brand as it is Cherry(Germany) branded but made by OEM in China.
Not sure if it is good but it is certainly cheap(around RM200).

It is currently available in Taobao but Storm88 say that he may carry it to Malaysia market, so it is up to you if you want to wait for the advantage of having warranty(but IMO, it will not matter if got warranty or not as we are certainly will open it up and mod it, which also mean void of warranty...).
