2. Yes for added security so that you can rsstore back to your latest rom. If not you can only select a older backup if you don't mind
3. You must backup to ext card for added security. If none it will backup to internal SD. If internal SD corrupt your backup also gone
4. Everything your rom n apps data setting everything ; it is an exact replica of your phone at its last backup status

I have explain these so many times , and yet being asked again and again
And I am continually amazed at you guys doing such stuffs first without any proper understanding

And another tip : always rename your backup so that you can easily remember what it is eg StockLB1radioLB1 or RocketV22 radioKJ4abyss42kernel etc etc

I'm using substancer stock LA6 and so far so good. Very stable and smooth imo. Did antutu benchmark test b4 and the result is 6245 compare ori stock LA4 which is only 59xx. Then I flashed AbyssNote 4.2 kernel and run another antutu test and the result is even better at 6752.

There are other good GB roms out there like Rocket rom, Criskelo, Checkrom, Darkyrom & etc that can you can give it a try. I believe all this were well tested and stable version and much more suitable for newbies like us to try it out. Just remember to read to know more on the rom that you planning to flash.

benny...thanks for the advice today ..finally now i am using GB Rocket rom ...anyway i notice that i m having redpill recovery now ...does it works the same as CWM ?? i m on their kernel, i havent flash to any other kernels...should i stick to this or should i go for the latest abyss kernel ?

nilkin soft tpu case. for me its the most comfortable to use.. quite cheap sumore.. i m using the flip case, alloy bumper, hard case. but now using back the nilkin..
