went to claim for iPhone 5 warranty in Maxis KLCC on the 24th. until now i still havent got my phone yet. they said 7-14 working days. haiyaaaaaa.......

my iphone updates from 7 to 8 and the wifi greyed out.. cannot toggle on/off
after restored everything on phone nothing happen
after restored using itunes the wifi can turn on/off, but cannot search for any network
can i claim warranty for that?
