Good question, i use Adobe Photoshop to do it. To make sure i get the exact size i print screen my screen and paste it in a new document inside the Photoshop. Cropped it into the size i want and then do some magic. Basically some google image search, crop it, add effects, add brush and choose nice fonts.
I don't really use the default way they do in here, prefer to do it my own way. Seems easier haha.
