Scan lines Tutorial How to make scan lines: 1)Open a 5x5 transparent document. 2)Take your pencil tool 1px and make a Diagonal line across the document. 3)Go to Edit>Define Pattern". & 4)Make a new layer on your sig or image and go to Edit>Fill>choose Pattern.Set the mode to Overlay.Set Opacity to 10% or whatever you want.
