IMO, wp got some way to go before becoming mature in its phone world.
is a very good platform to invest in.

1) Platform
2) Brand

The phone has good build quality...but how many of the above commentors have used mango? I have been using it for 2 months now on the HTC Radar and i still dont find it as intuitive as Robot or iOS.
Mind you the HTC Radar is a nicely constructed unibody aluminium phone.

android is also great in customization too, but not very useful and got little app,
but i like some of its apps, bcauz it is great hacking tools

i think higher processor power is not in my spec anymore.
i might go for classy design, as long as is smooth along the time im using.

Nokia have heavy advertising not just in Malaysia, it's worldwide.. they have allocated a huge sum for marketing for their current and upcoming phones.. so yea, that's why you see Nokia ads everywhere =)

Right now they're trying to muscle their way through an already packed smartphone market with strong competitors such as Samsung and Apple, thus the heavy marketing on their windows phone which if I might add, is designed based around the N9(which runs on meego,a project they abandoned)..so yea, unless Nokia can really provide the market with something that really catches the eyes of phone-users, they'll still be lagging behind

Its always better to have more competitors joining in the market. It gives people more choices rather then seeing everyone in LRT holding "iphone" / "android" phones.

Nokia lumia 800 is one fone i would say can challenge iphone in terms of smoothness. Its really fantastic to use. Better than the overated ,crappyand laggy androids by samsung, htc and all...

Lumia 800 OS might not hv many apps yet, but its interface is one of the best i have seen. Seriously makes those samsung phones look crappy

And dont judge a phone by just the specs, the lumia might be just a single core but it runs better than most dual core phones

actually it is 55" 3d sony tv but not me buy one
but nowadays tv very affordable mar RM 6000 can get a 55'' non 3d TV ady

ya honestly, it was smooth like mad. even the maps. i was absolutely stunned. next phone is a windows phone for me.

the awesome part is the social integration. Its so easy to chat on facebook chat and msn its only two click i am able to reply someone on facebook without the long process. Dont forget you can share to all social network with 2 clicks.

lumia 800 is around rm1650 from the nokia store itself. i think it's going to be around the same price since it's bacically an upgrade of the lumia range.

after using android for so long... i still feel the old symbian best la... lol... i hardly use any apps in android... lol... maybe will use back windows... by the way samsung phone got QC problem... nokia so far the best one... my 5800 kena mitsu storm pijak still in one piece... my galaxy tab jatuh only sudah mau mati mati...

this going to be my next phone

i4s user here, played with the lumia in Garden's nokia, kinda fell in love with the interface and screen. Though the build quality is still a tad to plasticky to my liking... so shall give it a pass until they could come up with quality exterior.
