Depend what type of freeware and what source
I always believe in using official app. I dont use any pirated cracked apps. This i believe is main reason why in all my androids i never face instability eg hang, sudden restart, auto shutdown, process halfway swing back to homescreen, etc
Many users always report such problems cos they use lots of cracked apps but they refuse to admit
You can download many free apps from official market not only from samsung apps store

Operating temperatures averaging 29 to 35 degree C ; once in a while will hit 38 degree C but rare
This tablet is the coolest of all my androids i have used, eg my note temperatures are averaging 35 to 42 degree c

Are you samsung staff.? I in my home town now. Monday will sent my unit back to samsung service centre. Can you help to exchangw a new unit. My unit not even 24 hour. But keep auto off and extrem hot.
