But their customer service is not professional. Push here and there. I am alike "Crazy Guy" walk here and there around bukit bintang to bet for help.
Call their customer service. Said will call me back in 10min. End up..... fly kite. Until i call them back, they only remember
They push me to Celcom then push me to Samsung service center.
The main point is. My unit not even a day use, already got problem. If i used for a month. I willing to leave it for 3 weeks.

repaired phone is not virgin anymore. they already opened it. who knows what they did on it.

i think its kinda unfair if we bought a faulty unit. we spend our hard earned cash on it. not 2 or 3 ringgit, but we are talking about
RM2000. its a half month salary for most ppl. what were their QC unit doing? even customer is better than their QC coz customer at least can detect any fault/problem on the unit, FOR FREE. Samsung paid for his QC workers for sleeping all days. c'mon for god sake Samsung- CHECK THE PHONE BEFORE SHIP OUT!!

Ya, you are right. I willing to give them repair after the nice lady from HQ said they will repair for me withing 1 hours. I wait for 2 hours in their service center from 6.45pm until 8.45pm.
End up?..... they said i had upgrade the software, please try again ya. WTF?>>> it's hardware issue.
Then the nice lady from HQ call me again the service center could not do anything. As for me live with the current unit and will call me tomorrow for verification of new unit.
The next day (TODAY) i really can't hold the TAB 7.7, keep restart and hot. So i call the nice lady help me. She said will get me the answer by today. After 5 hours, she not call me yet. So i called her again, she not free. Then after 30min, she call me back. I got the answer, she will replace me a new commercial unit 1-1 exchange. I will get it by next week Friday. If early than that, she will give me a call. I trust them this time. If they do not keep the promise. I will do something crazy about it.
is a RM2099 stuff................ If below RM500, i will not bother about it.

Samsung customer service still like shit. They should keep buffer unit for RMA purpose. Like many company did
few months ago. I bought xperia ray. The next day i found out camera problem. Go to their CS center in Plaza Berjaya. My problem solve within an hours. This is good customer service. I don't care either their repair or replace. As long as i get the fine unit.
