mine SME from Maxis, got the left one. looks like there's variance on the charger.. thanks all for the feedback
by the way, is there any way to use this tab in wifi only? i know i can still use it without a SIM card, but the "Please insert a SIM card. Emergency calls only." on the lock screen is kind of annoying. also i'm unable to access Samsung Apps and Mobile networks setting as it prompts me to "insert SIM card to access.."
thanks

QUOTE(Matrix @ Apr 20 2012, 02:18 PM) Kennot. It doesn't have IR transmitter. Can use wifi, but devices have to support wifi also. Go check out Harvey Norman, should have demo unit. They setup Tab10.1 as remote.

What they setup there is probably using DLNA if i am not wrong. DLNA is not remote, It simply stream files from compatible source to compatible player on the network. I can already do that years ago using old Samsung Omnia 2 with my WDTV Live....(and it also works with SGS2).

Don't know if it gonna work with expired sim card...

Btw, from what i know...the 7.7 in some countries comes with IR transmitter...unfortunately, ours dun have....SONY Slate got IR transmitter, but the software only works with SONY equipment....(but i think 3rd party app able to make it use with other brands).

Those higher ends TV came with wifi. I think it's advocated by Samsung to have wifi on their TVs. Soon it will catch on. As for the IR transmitter on Tab, it's non-functional. That's what I heard from insider news.

How to register at Samsung Product Register ? There are no GT-P6800 :|
For Digi package is using Mobicare alone is enough or should subscribe to e-warranty too ?
