Guys, i know what this form for. My main question is, is this compulsory to sign? From what others reply here, it looks like this is optional. Haiz. Always met dishonest agent.

This is not compulsory to sign if you don't agree with the revised TNC as I've mentioned earlier.

some forumers here really weird. sign or not should let the customer decide. not because the agent think it is good then even lying also can lah.

I would not label he / she is an dishonest agent just like that.
Gives him/her some benefits of doubt... For she may not know, miscommunication from source etc.
Why not ask him/her to directly confirm that requirement with his/her HQ? Tell tell you the results again?

lol...
my whole family insurance bought from him/her. every month doing nothing take commission only yet still can be so unprofessional? lebih baik resign je.
benefit of doubt? already give lah. first ask him/her will this affect my premium in future, he/she tell me won't affect. really ingat i am stupid don't know read english is it? i rejected to sign.
2nd time come tell me it is better to sign just in case need covid claim, i still rejected.
3rd time come tell me it is compulsory must sign otherwise my insurance will be terminated.
LOL...

So what you gonna do next?
Still stick to the same agent?
Heard in the forum before, you can seek to request a chance of servicing agent.

i also heard can change servicing agent but i heard also even change to new agent, the commission still go to old agent. sad.gif

Since the commission is already a to be paid issue...you cannot chance that.
I think, What is more important is when you got claim issue in future
Not afraid of still getting "unprofessional" service, action or communication that you had just experienced now?

haiz. really sad. maybe will terminate the insurance and buy new one. don want continue to give commission to these kind of shit agent.

edit: this is my 2nd agent already. first agent also dishonest. took my money and never pay premium until terminated. i thought this agent is good, i trusted him/her that why my whole family insurance bought from him/her. mana tau... haiz... so hard to find good agent who are not only thinking of money money money.

But you mentioned that your whole family insurance bought from him/her....
Terminate all?
Just do note of some disadvantages of buying a new policy.... Waiting period and Contestability Period are some issues of concern

maybe start from myself first. i am feeling so guilty now to my family that why i am angry at the same time. insurance industry really need some reform to get rid of these useless agents.
