Just wondering, is it necessary to carry the PruHealth card with me the whole time?
I'm planning to just save the picture of it in my phone or just refer to to the online account.
Does the panel hospital absolutely require the physical card?
I know the back of the card did mention that providing name, IC and policy number is sufficient but would like to ask out of curiosity. Thanks

Not necessary to carry the physical card with you. As a matter of fact, the new policies issued this year (or was it last year blush.gif ) comes without the physical medical card.

You may snap photo of the medical card and keep it in your handphone or you may download the e-medical card from the below link. Registration is required with a valid handphone.

You may visit any Prudential office to update your contact no if it has since change.
