Is there any other effective methods that anyone can recommend? ,
Im trying hard, sometimes i put on some eminem but then i crash right back down, i just have to fake a smile so i don't ruin anyones mood

I've did a small google search and found that exercising and waking up early helps,
Is there any other effective methods that anyone can recommend? , Im trying hard, sometimes i put on some eminem but then i crash right back down, i just have to fake a smile so i don't ruin anyones mood |

If you've been thru a bad breakup, choose a day and time when you're free, listen to your emo Eminem songs and cry your eyes out. Be sad and angry and depressed all you want, but finish crying, stand up, set some goals and move on with your live.
Once that is done, stop listening or watching stuff that will make one emo. Go out, have fun, make friends, stay active, exercise and you'll be fine. |

they say the root of depression and anxiety are usually from having 'incorrect' perception on the self and everyday's experience..
'incorrect' is very subjective here, let's put it as anything that does not make you feel good why don't you try working the other way round and train your mindset to positive thinking?..say a break up would probably give you an opportunity to grow with another potential mate..maybe thinking that way can make it less painful?.. do not cling to anything except what you need a.k.a basic things that you need for survival.
This is so that you'll be able to remain in positive mood despite rejections or lost of opportunities in life Rome is not built in a day anyway so it's stupid to feel depressed about temporary setbacks in life. The fastest way for me to fight depression is to play sport with friends. |

don't be afraid to consult the psychiatrist, they are trained to handle these sorts of problem, but at the same time, you must do something about it yourself as well (like what other said above)

I have been rapping with this group called "gangsta o clock" ,you can check them on facebook, it has well over 1k fans, But recently they broke up, and the whole group died...im gonna try recruit at least one of them and come up with a mixtape Maybe writing songs again will help me to vent a little....for now, just gotta survive thru the day.
