I've did a small google search and found that exercising and waking up early helps,

Is there any other effective methods that anyone can recommend? ,

Im trying hard, sometimes i put on some eminem but then i crash right back down, i just have to fake a smile so i don't ruin anyones mood sad.gif

seriously,even right now.. 9:30 AM im holding back my tears , cause shit just feels like nobody understands the way i feel and thats the reason i cant talk to anyone about it...there was even a forumer who messaged me, thank you..like seriously..

im gonna definitely make a stand cause i've had enough of this shit, hate being depressed and in a f**ked up mood in the morning and the whole day goes like that..well it aint like that no more! , im gonna get back to my old friends (good ones) and start doing something...i wanna socialize with people, make new friends and get a life...im gonna do it for real now ...

Update:

I've woke up today and felt like just another shitty day of being depressed, im in the office now,
What i did yesterday was i planned to go fishing with one friend tomorrow,

And i have decided to set a goal, so big that im gonna totally take a run for it..

I have been rapping with this group called "gangsta o clock" ,you can check them on facebook, it has well over 1k fans,
But recently they broke up, and the whole group died...im gonna try recruit at least one of them and come up with a mixtape unsure.gif

Maybe writing songs again will help me to vent a little....for now, just gotta survive thru the day.

everytime i try to talk to somebody when im feeling depressed, there wont be anybody on my side,

i get it relationships are not easy, i guess i really cant write everything here, i'll PM you munkeyflo..
