They already lost 1/3 of their customer since Lumia, in UK alone, where they have higher hopes for Windows Phone OS?

In Asia, there're many customer who may not be able to adopt with the restrictions and limitations (not just Asia actually). Note, I did not mention changes. People can try new ones, but not at the expense of inconveniences, frustration and unhappiness.
If you take some time to read through the article Kenny posted, you will read about more interesting point.
The above article, never seems to touch what may draw customer away and how to improve Windows Phone sales, it's more like a believe that it will success. To success, means you need to make sure your customer are happy/satisfied and have as little complain as possible. At current rate, it's already pretty bad, but mainly it can be resolved if Microsoft could just open up, loosen up, remove these restrictions and limitations, make a true smartphone  OS. The stability and reliability is great, the People Hub and Office Integration is amazing, but they need to take care of the little things that can be what turns people down/away.

Anyone have the sms issue bugs especially u have 2K sms and above.

It takes sometimes to load then now suddenly all the smses VANISH. New incoming SMS you can see in the notification but when open it VANISH AGAIN.

Restart didnt help at all

Discovered something interesting. Off the phone and leaving it on idle has almost the same battery drain. In that case may just leave it on overnight. Anybody else has the same experience?

True, the since I'm doing the view and video, so just share my findings, may help some others who want to know or curious what happen. It's simple but can be confusing, lolz
True, although WP only allow 5 apps, but the rest still can have persistent state saving, so there's no different with iOS, just that it only show 5 in the multi-tasking list, while iOS shows all the list. Perhaps, there're some differences in the details inner working, but generally they're about thre same, just how the apps handle each condition and can say that WP give priority to the top 5 app.

Would prefer them to show like MeeGo style, which also looks like their IE Tab style, we can easily activate any apps and close any app.

For the Lumia project, Nokia already alloacted a big fat budget with microsoft to promo the Lumia series kaokao..maybe the sales at digital mall now is part of it, but at the same time selling other models to cater to the many different types of users/consumers.

hey guys.. just wanna know is it worth it to get a N9 ?

well.. there are a few things that concerns me..

1. Meego is a dead OS, there won't be any updates in the future
2. Lesser apps variety compared to iOS n droid (eventhough u get Symbian + meego market together)
3. 1ghz processor doesn't seem future proof as now quad-cores blazing in
4. No hardware button, even if u did the droid-hack-thing into N9, it isn't that feasible coz droid OS need "home button" or "return button" to operate.. ermm.. right?

correct me if i'm wrong.. i'm not phone expert... 
other than that, i hav to admit, N9 is stunningly beautiful.. i awesomely smooth.. i tried it at nokia center.. i'm so tempted to get one.. i dont want to be a ifag or droidfag..
