it depends on u whether do u travel tat much on MTR or nt and do u wanna travel frm airport to the city n vice versa by airport express or nt. if u purchase airport express travel pass on9 and using HSBC credit card u r entitle for cheaper price.. u can haf consecutive 3 days unlimited travel on MTR without need to top up.

it's better to use octopus card if u travel less on MTR. octopus card can be use on other things beside MTR

Thanks for ur reply n nice info ya. thumbup.gif

5D4N is definitely not enough. I think at least 2 weeks to truly explore. haha too much food and too many places smile.gif
*
definitely need more if u wanna explore every single corner of HK. but as just tourist, a 5d4n should be able to cover majority of the tourist spots.

IMO, the unlimited travel is only worth it if one intend to travel multiple long distance journey on MTR, for all 3 days, eg from Mongkok to Tung Chung, where each way may cost HKD16+, or taking bus from HK island side to New Territories which may cost around HKD15.

So, to know if it's worth it or not, it is better to plan your itinerary first, and find out how to go to the places you plan to visit. Then use the MTR website's journey planner to find out the train fare, or the bus website to find out the bus fare. Then decide what is worth.

since u go 4D only.. u can consider lor.. wat do u mean by +1 designated journey? n if u keep travel on MTR (fully utilize it) thn worth it..

Airport Express Travel pass (u can buy either one designated / 2 designated journeys. means 1 way or return tix) plus 3 consecutive days of unlimited travel on MTR, etc. the 3 days starts from the recorded entry time of the first MTR train journey and lasts for 72 hours plus any additional hours up to the end of train service on the last day.. if u buy tis pass, u r entitle for discount to disneyland n etc..

2 way journey
Listed Price: HK$300
Online Price: HK$285
Special Price : HK$270 (use HSBC card)

Airport Express Round Trip Ticket - is only airport express tix without the MTR journey. u need to buy octopus card in order to travel on MTR.

just exit from Mongkok MTR E1, walk along Nathan main road (South bound) about 300m (5 min). The Sun Hing Building is on your right hand side as shown in the picture. As you enter the lobby, there are lifts at both left and right sides., take the left on to 14th floor. Exit from lift, turn left and look for DingDing signage. If you are not sure, ask the security uncle.

or search for Sun hing building and walk there

for CTS...can use google and their website have stated their branches and location
