For the Harrier, you definitely need to level it up using the Spectre pack or Premium Spectre Pack. Here is how it works

Recruit pack gives you the basic item, Veteran gives you better items, while Spectre pack gives you the best items. while Premium Spectre Pack gives you even more of the best items.

Once you unlock the Harrier(which is an Ultra Rare), you need to buy the Spectre or P-Spectre again, if you unlock Harrier for the 2nd or 3rd or 4th time, it will level up your Harrier each time you unlock it.

depends on luck and there are better weapons than the mattock if u have the geth pulse rifle it can beat the atlas very fast

There's actually some logic to upgrading weapons.. so stupid of me not to have realised sooner  keep on buying recruit packs to upgrade/unlock common weapons and once those have all been upgraded, simply start buying veteran packs to upgrade/unlock uncommon weapons (if you're lucky you may get a rare weapon), after all those are upgraded move to spectre/premium spectre packs for rare/ultra rare weapons e.t.c. All this while i had been buying veteran packs to try to upgrade my mattock but because i had not fully upgraded all of my common weapons, i kept on getting upgrades for those instead .. so simple that i feel super stupid

After 2 months playing MP, finally unlocked mattock and geth smg 
and both from the same pack

We are dropping the new reinforcements onto occupied worlds to supplement resistance movements. Retrieving data of how the Reapers conquered those worlds is of paramount importance.

Allied Goal: Complete 100K  retrieval missions.
Personal Goal: Extraction on Silver difficulty with one squad member of the Rebellion Pack classes: Vorcha, Phoenix Project Defectors, or Quarian Male.
Special Circumstance: None.

Completion of the personal goal awards that player a Commendation Pack.
Completion of the allied goal awards all players a Victory Pack that has a guaranteed N7 weapon.

Operation Mastiff begins at 6pm PST Friday June 8 and ends at 4am PST Monday June 11
Packs will be distributed Tuesday Evening if the mission is successful.

Krysae Sniper Rifle is really awesome. The best weapon so far.

Yeah its an AoE sniper rifle . I got it and the reegar carbine shotgun . The shot gun is powerfull but it depletes our ammo quickly x.x

I want to join too but I haven't unlocked any of the Rebellion Pack characters 

You need to move quickly and memorize all ammo boxes locations to play with Reegar Carbine. The best close-range weapon/shotguns imo. Just need 2 more upgrade to get Reeger Carbine X.
Both cerberus phoenix refuse to unlock for me..
