Hi bro.. RM700 i think must be the insurance for the loan. Lets say after 3 years u got cancer or worst case, pass away. So your next kin will get the car for free. Affin also got this insurance, they called it "HP life".

BTW, it is not compulsory. Depend on you to take or not. If I were you, I will take that. Only 1 time payment. If you settle your payment earlier/sell the car, u will get back your RM700 (pro rate not full amount)

If you have not signed the loan agreement, and have not parted with your down payment, then there is no problem if you wish to abort the deal. But you may need to discuss with the seller /outlet on any booking you have paid.
