If no connection up, your data won't get communicated to the server. So got down arrow also no use, no data will flow down.

Any action you do needs to be communicated via upload.

With a slow upload, then initiating a download will be slow.
Download speed is a totally different thing.

Yes it can.

Flash the cleaning script, then flash ur kernel and ROM over again.

It will clear all scripts in init.d
So if you want anything, just flash back after.

Kernel + ROM + whatever else script you want in

Fast domancy is not that efficient at dropping your signal. The time is not so fast I think.

3G alone isn't very good, 384kbps only.
H+ is better.

Don't buy the i9100G.
Before buying, see if the model is i9100 ONLY. No G. G will make you feel GG everyday.

Speedmod kernel can reduce min brightness to lower for comfortable reading.

Most would implement it to free up bandwidth.

Have you tried the SD card speed increase app?
Change it to 2048KB instead of whatever stock value it is.

See if it hangs at that value.

EXT partition removal is easy using console parted, or chuck it into a SD reader to format.

Well, there must be a reason why the internal SD is preferred by gameloft, even though the amount of data is staggering for just 1 game.

But I don't see why there'd be a problem if someone increases the SD card read speed and put the data on ext SD.

why ext4?

parted gives u ext2 then u gotta swap it to ext3.

I know, I have a milestone as well.

But it was recommended to swap to ext3 and not 4.
