My expenses..
MRT = 120 FOOD = 132 based on SGD3 per meal ROOM RENTAL= 160 Weekends = 80
Total expense = SGD 492.. count as SGD 500...
the rest.. save =P

gais and gals, Planning to go JB for a night outing. Just wondering is "the zon" safe? I heard it's great there....but...what about safety? Fights, robbery? I know this is stupid...wan go play but scared.... Sorry if I offend anyone for thinking JB is really scary...heard too much saw too much

Foreigner can buy private condo in singapore too. But need to pay higher tax at 15% of the property price. In cash. And 20% down payment in cash too.
