nah,not that long,mine took 2 days,and they replaced the whole unit,replaced it again,the next few days,took 30 minute,they replace on the spot,haha

I bought new brightstar phone. I just registered it last three days. Maybe the seller didnt submit the info to Brightstar. About OS .714, after 4 days using the os. So far I think its better than .428. On idle 1% in 4 hours battery drain when I sleep. An sifos here can share an OS better than .714 for battery saving and stability. I hope we can share here.

if brightstar set...when u click validate IMEI..its should redirect u to registration form.... pls check IMEI on ur phone and box are same or not...

Just send to Blackberry Expert Center in Berjaya Plaza (opposite Times Square) yesterday, they got technician there.
They said if can repair the LCD (spoilt LCD can be repaired meh?? ) , it can be done in 1 week, but if they have to send it back to factory, it may takes up to 3 weeks.

Your replcement unit it totally brand new or refurbished set? If mine is LCD problem, can get a new replacement unit also? Haha

first was my fault,fell into the sea during my trip to sabah(but water damage sticker no damage) then 2nd time warranty is becoz keypad one of the key rosak

based version = 9900M_PBr7.1.0_rel2061_PL5.1.0.532_A7.1.0.714
if run based version only,loader working fine but when paste hybrid loader its not working

Just install BerryLicious RC7 Alpha1 with OS .714 as base on Bold 9900. This hybrid run smooth on installation. Nothing error. But there is no event log viewer. When I press ALT LGLG, no event log appear. Is it already shrunk out on this hybrid? How to clear logs? Is it ok if I dont clear logs? I worried my bold will get slow. Hope sifus here can share info on this matter.

i just sent my bold 4 for warranty sim cannot detect i think the tray is broken when will i get my phone back

just got a call from brighstar kuantan saying that i need to pay rm 450 for the sim tray

consider ok liao,tha day i went bright star,got one broke z10 sim tray,repair 1k++

i will sent to a normal shop for repair ask them cost only rm 60 thinking of buying q10 but i have change my mind

for normal shop easy fix,any technician also can replace,u can even do it yourself if u dare la but if sent to shop,they change whole mobo,so cost so much $$
