Ya....better watch out on that....JS as much as I was satisfied with the service tried to push an extra RM200++ trying to get me to buy the 'Original Full Metal' chamber nut sighting that my car will start pulling to the left if I don't fix it....luckily I didn't get it....

A few days down the road - I went to my usual Tyre Service shop & told them guys about the car pulling to the left. They did the re-alignment for me and they never spoke about the need to have the chamber nut.

My advice - get the alignment & balancing done at the place where you're changing your wheel BUT never add-on to anything they tell you to. Later on, get it re-done at the place where you usually do it.

The Shop whom TELAN my ori rims and tires were quite good .. they actually advise me DONT NEED to add any chamber screw as my car is under waranty .. he says if wan do chamber after warranty only do ..

One of my friend who is driving a Lancer GT also told me the same thing. Don't add on any chamber or whatsoever because he was pushed by the shop to do it but he did not. When he check with Mitsubishi SC they told him lucky he didn't do it or else your warranty will be void.

U guys meaning that by changing the chamber screw will actually void the warranty? Screw only wor? so fatal ka?

Its a scratch remover... ie.. it polishes away part of the clear coat.... not advisable to use unless its a scratch lah.... as for your jit stain on the roof... wah lau... u wan try i mah bring lor

now i recall, i have chamber align because i go Germany mah.....

Kenny, maybe it's just 'feeling' or placebo effect, but after service, I feel like the remap effect reduced abit. Can't be right?

tyre shops usually try to make extra cash from nuts, alligment, etc

they will sell their tyre and rims cheap and try to make extra from the above item

always get a complete price from them before buying
