Wah... COG kena shoot like nobody business... I think they better redo their projects into become purely residential and lower price in psf in order to be more successful....

According to the plan, it will be. Good access for vp and Sanderson.

Based on the mpsj plan, the connection is there, I am also not sure why you can be sure there will not be a road connected the inner part to vp.

Yes, without the connecting road into the deeper site where most residence sites are, this commercial would be disaster. I doubt residence will visit those little mall as it is not convinient at all. New shops already available next year. Think twice if the developer has no idea about the access road, and this has show how a brainless developer they are, I will avoid such developer if I can. Hehe..

Another failure of mall in the making.... Damn... It would spoil the surroundings there as well.... I hope authority should not allow such development as if it turn out ugly... It actually brings a lot of bad impact to the residence there... Now really scare it would be a abondan project in the future...

Kept units started releasing? Went there and found that the sale person is not pro in selling property... Below is my thinking about selling the property at this price tag:

1) Sales not pro to represent the developer. (Really like own share holders of the company are selling it)

2) Compare to other so call private launching... This one... It don't give me the exclusive feeling or high end feeling about the property.

3) Children and family of the sales persons (May be Boss) around there... I don't know... It really not proper enough, It is like newbie developer running their first property sales...

It is the weirdest feeling I ever have to see property so far... tongue.gif

I think they learn from LYN a lot.. Didn't hear T&C from them... Hehe... Anyway, the access road into TPM I heard is pedestrian walkway into the car park behind BAT. Well... Nothing to shout about. Residence car still stuck in their car park and cannot enter TPM. smile.gif

It is not easy to make such a project become successful when you have residential + commercial in deep area.. If commercial below not doing well... It will affect the whole project.. Do remember that this commercial is deeper inside. Don't expect kinrara and puchong folks to visit you. They now got enough places to visit in puchong and sunway.

If the commercial only attract TMP people, well... I don't think it can last long! It has to be able to attract people from bukit serdang and serdang heights at least. But questions is how good the access to this project? Don't tell me you only have 1 road into it and I will be laughing..... People from bukit serdang will rather visit the new upcoming shops near them rather then need to go in via villa pavillion..

Yes, lunch time and may be dinner time only and not all, that's depends also on the developer promises that building easy access roads from the car park in TPM, oh yea, provided also car park not fully occupied during lunch time. I also curious about the accessibility by bukit serdang folks.. Hehe.. Yea, Villa Paviilion residents may visit since they are the nearest..
