Sanderson access is much worse than COG. Need to go round and round the factories. COG much better access. COG rental should be much higher than sanderson unless a new road can link up sanderson to COG.

Any chance a new road linking Sanderson to COG? then villa park and sanderson will offer better value.

I'm staying in Serdang and I occasionally bypassing this area. I saw the clearing in front of  Sanderson and I believe that Jalan K linking
PBS 14/1 to Sanderson is going to be built very soon . Should be ready together with The PARK i guess.

I was not asking about the units but asking about the road.

I did my own survey in that area, checked with other developer of semi-D near by before Villa Park (forgot the name), the salesperson said the government already confirm that there will be another new road connecting that area and this road won't joint the industrial area but he also said the road will only start when the development of the semi-D finish.

Another thing I hear from the BJ Homes salesman is that the developer it self is opening McD franchise in City of Green.

What do you guys and gals think about this, will this place boom?

Any idea when they are signing Sales and Purchase agreement with buyers ? They have not reported any sales figures to kpkt.

3-4yr back all property was half the price. but yes, cog wrong price at the wrong place.

Mind to share if SA did show you the approved plan from JKR / DBKL about the access road from VP - COG - SDS? Thanks.

In the Budget 2015 past few weeks, Governement will invest in a project at TPM. I think should in Block C And D. Who bought some units in this project already?

Next to Z residence. Block A, B, C & D. Block A reversed for PR1MA (900sq, no balcony), the rest open for Public. Internal selling price for 1200sq with balcony for block B & C is abt RM450K.
