time pass by so fast, the frist time I saw advertisement for this city of green was 2012 feb.

it is almost 2 years now.

I am not a investor. But in my honest opinion if it's Megamall Development Sdn Bhd, I won't not advice to buy. Their service is good when they want you to buy the house. After that it would be a nightmare.

The director is a Datuk almost like a gangster. Kepong sentral Comdominium is an example. I am a owner at that condo and workmanship is very bad. When complain to them they just always Besok and lusa. Maintainance in that building is not done. Promises nvr fulfill.

Go survey kepong sentral condo and you would know the answer. When I finish my lock in period fast fast sell as the building internal getting run down.

Yeah that datuk is memang gangster...lol. Even his friend also con n he con many of his friends. Many very tulan him n trust him no more. Those who bought his project... So sorry to heard that...n Rest in peace...

Indeed he is a gangster. Ask anyone who bought kepong sentral condominium first hand. They will say the same as I did.

The house VP to me without CF and facilities all not ready. House internal with tons of defects. Answer I got for them is this are defects. U still have to take vacant procession.

After that it's all nightmare for me staying there for 3years

If u want to gang him. He just stay behind the 4 faces Buddha landmark near kuchai. Last time he want to con a jap guy to buy the famous haunted bangalow house behind the 4 face buddha. At the end the jap found out n reject the offer. He got no choice n flatten the house n let it expose under.the sun. Rebuild it again. N whole family stay there until now. He can even con the ghost. Don't play pray.

I must agree that maintenance k s suck.

but suprise that my unit bring positive cash flow monthly. I bought sub sales @last year

city of green very high risk with such bad developer.

Oh and I remember I was maid to pay RM100 as deposit for my access card and RM30 deposit for my post box key.

When I ask them I am the owner I bought the place why am I paying a deposit for something which is suppose to include in the package. We'll answer was "pay u get the access card" I ask on what condition I suppose to get a refund on the access card, the staff don't know how to answer my question.

I got a receipt from them on this and when is sell my apartment I collect back from my buyer haha.

Up to you guys to belve or not, but this who bought from this developer I wish you good luck.
