Hmm....in that case, delete the completed file which no one is "currently" downloading into their pc. I guess you should be able to detect which completed files are still being downloaded by users because if you start to delete the completed file while users still downloading, they gonna rage

err.....what is your definition of 3 days for file to be remained in seedbox? I think every files just got deleted.

I use Filezilla and tried to delete my downloaded stuff. However, it fail to do so with the error : 550 Delete operation failed.

The first seedbox seem to have permission problem with the webgui. No idea whose torrent is that, but the error message; "Error : Permission Denied". Was it caused by the changes in file permission when you configured the ftp yesterday? Plus, first seedbox ftp transfer speed is quite slow. From my current rate of transfer, it is going to take 310:57:21 hours to complete. Is the first seedbox congested?

Another issue with your requirement of tagging , some of us hesistate to tag the file name with lowyat ID due to privacy concern. So.........

Four concurrent downloads for a file? You gonna get over the maximum limit of connections allowed and causes trouble for other people -.-

Well, too early for good news; the same error occurs again >.<

I just leave it auto-refresh while I search for some torrent on Internet. Then suddenly it stop refreshing by itself and the logger displays the same error.

Strange, now I cant even access webui and ftp anymore.

OK....as for 2:18pm, suddenly can access both webui and ftp.

Well, I did limit the "maximum memory usage" to 50MB at the option "Connection"

Same, I never reset my router either.


Edit: Question, what is the maximum size for donator seedbox hdd?

T_T, so you mean if not enough $ for bill payment, seedbox is doomed?
Then again.....i am asking different question........what is the capacity of the seedbox hdd? I dont want to accidentally used up the hdd capacity. Later everyone gonna kill me.

The current webui is fine, just remember to set the "maximum memory usage" to 50MB. The default is 800+MB, this value is way overkill, no wonder webui gonna hang.

As for the torrent, user must set lower number of peer/seed connected at "Downloads"

Change the minimum/maximum/wished numbers of peers to 50 (trust me, 50 is enough for unthrottled line)

Set a limit to upload speed too.

You sure it is lack of RAM issue? I read somewhere a user with 8Gb RAM with Intel Xeon quad also have such issue.

Anyway I just hope it will be functional soon without any trouble.

Reason why I dont want to use the public seedbox because my files also got deleted by unknown person.


So, any consideration for donating and have private seedbox access?
