Doubtful to void warranty but FC sure increase a little.. Price is about 2.4 to 3.4k depending on what you want to do. Basically it's foaming plus sound damping mats placed into your doors, the back seat chassis, roof, boot and firewall. If you do this, expect to add about 8 to 12kg of weight to your car, there's even a wheel arch treatment package available to further reduce road noise.

It's a lot of money to pay. The handling and vehicle roll will surely tighten and reduce but noise reduction is subjective... My suggestion is to go for the comfort package first to test water, but it will still cost you about 1k. You can read more in autoworld forums for feedback.

Worth doing for better vehicle handling and stableness, also improves your overall NVH. But if it's for sound damping alone, then I don't know if the results are considered good for what you pay.

Btw, autofoam cannot solve rattling issues. Those you gotta go back to your service center. What it actually does is fill up the hollow points in your car chassis to give it a stiffer and firmer ride.

While I did foam my Vios and Altis in the past, I'm not that keen to do it for my current ride. Truth is, there are cheaper solutions to noise damping if you are only after a more quieter ride. Besides, KLauto ultimate solution ain't cheap, some bros run their bill up to 4k by adding this and that. It's a huge money sinkhole, and that money can be better spent elsewhere

My 3rd tank of refuel..so far it still show 10.5km/l as i am still doing my routine 70% city 30 highway. Already done my 1k checking at service centre. They didnt change anything on first service.
ODO clocking 1150km. So far so good.
The only thing i found out is the engine idle sound a bit rough while on the stock engine oil. Perhaps new car they didnt use fully syn? Exhaust sounds like diesel sound by the way..hehehe
probably need Change the ori exhaust to some after market exhaust ( will this void warranty?)

Yeah thats quite good. What's your instant FC at 110kmph? Mine is 9.1L/100km and 10.20L/100km at 160kmph during highway cruising.

Yeap they put mine 5000 km or next 3 mths hahaha

jsnoway, is your FC based on computer or self calculation? Normally computer will report a little lower FC.

did my 1k check just few hours ago
now mileage stand at 1350km give and take
the service people dont really get the memo on 10k km service interval, instead i turned informer telling them its no longer 5k
and the type of oil also they dont know use mineral or full synthetic

that guy told me use mineral even 10k km interval. he said the system now can withstand longer even with lowest grade oil. i think he just try his luck.

I finished mine like 2 weeks ago..but they never sms me on the evoucher for completing. When i go to the website it says i completed my survey..

Honda Malaysia reports record sales for July, 2012

Staying true to its promise at the start of 2012, Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. has kept to its word, and reports record sales for the month of July.

The company has made an impressive recovery from the production halt due to the Thailand floods last year and has made a comeback for the first half of 2012. Honda Malaysia today announced that its sales in July hit an all-time high of 5,045 units, the highest monthly record in the company's history.

"It is with great joy and excitement that we can share this good news with our customers. We had to start this year on a challenging note; however, we strived to recapture our high spirits and confidence believing that our 'Challenging Spirit' will help us rise stronger from dire straits in 2011. And today we are most delighted to announce this record sales achievement in July," remarked Mr. Yoichiro Ueno, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Honda Malaysia.

Despite the setbacks due to the natural disasters in Japan and Thailand last year, the company got down to business and used the period to plan its future investment and expansion. Honda Malaysia opened a new warehouse in February, completed a new Pre-Delivery Inspection Center (PDI) and very recently announced plans to start the local assembly of hybrid vehicles and to build a new production line at its Pegoh Plant.

Honda Malaysia introduced 8 new models this year, Jazz Hybrid, facelifted City, CR-Z CVT, New Freed S, facelifted Insight, All-New Civic and Civic Hybrid and New Jazz S. The robust record sales was especially led by the New City and the All-New Civic.

The newly face-lifted City has recorded sales of 2,217 units, accounting for 44% of the total sales for July. The All-New Civic showed a strong start with its advanced and smart concept and has achieved overwhelming response with more than 3,000 bookings in less than a month since it was launched in July.

It's sunroof. The highest end model here should be same with Navi in Msia, just an additional of sunroof I believe.

Their website stated $34k OTR. Managed to get few thousands off plus all other freebies like tinted windows, floor and boot mat, full tank, umbrella and a teddy bear :-)

Did my first service for my Civic. Checked with SC about EO. Was told that our car already had engine run in at the plant. There after at the plant, the EO is drained and new EO poured in before our Civics leave the plant. Therefore, no requirement to change at 1000km service. Thanks.

Added on August 18, 2012, 7:57 amHad my wheel alignment done at SC. Readjusted my boot as before there was a spring noise each time I closed the boot. Noticed that the SC switched off my ECON mode when test driving my Civic for alignment purpose. My guess is that the tester likes to drive fast in my new Civic.    Other than everything is fine. Hissing noise is from the aircon compressor.
