What "problem" do you mean?

BTW, mine no problem. Except once in a hundred(or even more rare) where the screen gone touch insensitive after I restart my phone. Turn off the screen and turn it on again and it is good to go.

No problem with screen except for insensitive screen after boot up because it thinks the screen is locked.

The problem I do have though is that the battery gets loose once in a while, so I gotta pop the back lid open every now and then and jiggle it a bit.

Except for the Bing button being in a stupid location and there's no protection from accidental presses, the phone is great.

I think u are not the only one whose unit screen still not working rightly after the service. Btw..u mean u probably gonna deal with this roblem until the phone die someday, if for me,i wouldnt deal with it.pity u man.i got the xperia mini with with the touchscreen problem initially, but after sent for the so call screen calibration now the phone works like the way it should. Im happy with it now.

Added on February 4, 2012, 3:52 pmI was actually looking to buy one of this phone coz of the price seems reasonable. Now i think i might just hold on for awhile and straightly look into another windows phone.. Even better if i can wait until windows phone 8.. Haha

imagine if someone calling you, and you keep getting missed calls since you cannot unlock the phone due to screen not responding doh.gif . I did call SiS last week and they want to charge RM 80 for screen calibration. forget it lah, better save money and buy 2nd gen WP7

No other ways to answer the call? Under warranty also they still charge, wahlao doh.gif ..
2nd gen quite pricey, unless it's the rumoured lumia 610 but not too sure about the small RAM issue.

my tips is, keep rubbing your finger upwards several times. If not working, push the power button to make the screen off and turn the screen on again. try this several times. you may look weird rubbing your finger on your fingers several times (do not do it in front of other ppl or you will be embarassed tongue.gif )

if it still doesn't work, another trick is to use the camera button, but the screen will not responding about 10-20 seconds . good luck with that!! other than this issue, Mozart is a nice phone laugh.gif

Hey hey. I got the same insensitive screen problem as well. Very annoying when I have to quickly send a mail or answer a call. Now that I think about it, I only experienced this after the Mango update.
