Actually why is it that so many of u sent for warranty but still not fixed?

Actually what exactly is the problem? Not sensitive during? Restart is the only solution? What if someone calls u? Can someone explain to me exactly how is it like?

Hmm...so this problem only occurs in mango? Previously ok? So will future updates solve this? Any idea?
