they just outsource the repairing to other company... anyway they will follow Dell SOP and instruction... so place is not a factor... they already covered it all when you buy thier laptops and warranty... its logistics mngt for them only...

yea... mac book air owns zenbook upside down... be it touch or no touch... i do not understand why these days all laptop need touchscreen? make you more efficient? make you more yeng? i dont get the point...
