I got the same problem ! Hell yeah !
I sent 2 machine into Asus,
one machine hdd got problem , 28 of april sent to asus by WALK IN, requested for courier service send back to kuantan, 2 days ago Asus called me said it's done. I remind them to use courier, yesterday I called to asus courier department, they said haven't send.
Another machine casing cracked since the day I bought, I only able to hear weird sound when I open the lid but I couldn't find the cracking part so I ignored it since I was busy in that period, and now I find out what's the problem ( bought about 1month ++ ) .
They said that part cannot be claim, I asked them to send me quotation, they CLAIMED that they have already send more than one time and I didn't receive any quotation, they did reconfirm my email address too!!!
Wednesday ask them to sell back to me.. but pick up and return department said have to wait until next week only can start to send..
I'm from kuantan too.
