Enquiries/Recommendations ASUS Warranty, Why So Bad Service One, Anybody facing the problem like me

thats why i always said, each laptop manufacture has their advantage and disadvantage. and u pay what u get.

lets think probably , why now aday lots of ppl choose asus ?

1) cheaper price with higher spec + outlook chassis more steady
2) default already 2 years warranty
3) refresh model very fast, u get the very latest processor, graphic card

so...imagine asus notebook -1 million unit sold every month compare other brand which only manage selling at 5000 unit per month , the ratio for warranty is higher right? and the spare part trend very fast too....unfortunately, due to initially , the price selling is much more lower compare other - means lower profit ( end user very like this,but they never try to understand this) (same scenario for acer )- and means also, cant fork out too much sources ( no matter manpower or set up services center )on after sales..


for dell , as all know their warranty coverage is the best, ya, true, but u all also notice , if in same price range, u not able to get same spec compare asus laptop ..it is very fair right ?futuremore the default warranty mostly one year only, so ? u want 2 year warranty , u pay again..

u all do not notice ? if u pay extra, but end up if the warranty part also worst, i believe dell already close down their business long long time ago..

and i do believe , every manufacturer will do their best for cover the end user, they will keep improve ...why just justified on it base on few case ?
previously HP also got lots of problem on their consumer line (especially on pavillion series ), they do aware and nowaday hp pavillion was doing very good, nice spec, nice warranty.. laugh.gif


by the way, lenovo also one of the good manufacture with lots of sevices center, their product especially business line is much better

lastly, pls don to be childish, try to spam their facebook or what. just do what probably can do,left the question in their facebook page, anything send to sevices center, ask for report , any delay, direct look for higher management .

and pls do believe on reseller, they are the person that always dealing with distributor and manufacturer, they might knew lots of the worker inside, dont u think it is more easy if they can help u ?if u don trust him , why u purchase item from him ? just because he was selling at very cheap price compare other ? it is a big NO to end user.they sould help u if u facing problem, but for sure , u must not press it until he work for free lol,.. tongue.gif ICT product is like car, house, u bought , u need it to help u on study, working, at least use it more then half year , unless u are fancy boy, keep change it every week ,.. sweat.gif
