i also facing this problem... send the my failure brick and it took 1 month to change it... take month juz to change it with a new one?? =_="

oredi visit them 2nd week, they told to wait for call...hmm. fyi, kuching branch dont have contact num =_=" gonna visit the again next week, so that i can say it oredi 1 month, and they say juz need 1 week to repair my laptop..

last week, i go ambush the centre, and yes, my laptop oredi repaired, and yet the centre didn't call me to pick my laptop... they reinstall new window WITHOUT BACKUP my file or CALL me b4 they want to format ...and they say my laptop ok oredi, tested and no lagg and the temp 90C ++ ,zzzzzzzzzz how come they say it ok when the temp reached 90c++ i tasted my self and still lagg...so i decided to remove the warranty sticker and replace the thermal paste myself, haish, what a lazy technician, dont have time to repaste the thermal paste....Solved the problem..
