why sudently become rojak made of asus n acer in here? dint u see the highpoint rep said direct pm? i somewhat understand ur frustation but please, make this thread about the topic not some bashing thread.

pm the guy or better yet make abother thread about it.

what an eye opener, this show they got zero respect to customer n zero bussiness tolerance between resellers n distributors! the asus manager can easily mention ur case n advice a refund n yet they choose to say not their problem?

bring this updation to their FB , see how they like it!

probably the distributor just want to keep the profit, if you take another unit, they still got earn due to the difference between distributor price and retail price, but if you don't want to replace to another unit that means they can not earn the money.
