As far as I know, I'm the last batch that was part timer. After that they change to full time. Even right now I'm working but applying for full time PhD just for the sake to get the scholarship (since PhD is only meet supervisor, for me part time and full time is the same).

I want to claim PhD thesis fee from myBrain15. Does anyone know how long the process will take to get my money back?

guys, a friend of mine ran into issues during his PhD (funding was cut and experiment costs went over budget) and doesnt have enough time to start over. he will max out his PhD duration by next year and is very unlikely to be able to graduate.

according to his scholarship with mybrain, he will need to repay roughly rm80k+ for failing to complete his PhD. Is there a way to request a annulment of this repay requirement?

There's no need to repay if he's continuing with his PhD.

Even if he switches to another university, all he needs to do is to write a letter telling Mybrain that he's switching to another university.

There's no need to repay unless he quits entirely.

what if he cant finish his PhD within the required 10 semester? uni not going to accept his registration for an 11th semester and he hasnt finished his research yet.

I'm sure he can appeal to the university to extend his candidature. His supervisor can support that appeal knowing his circumstance.

I want to claim thesis allowance from mybrain15. Can I mail/post my thesis to MyBrain office? I am currently out of KL/Selangor and I don't want to drive there.

So I already sent my thesis to mybrain yesterday to claim for thesis fee. How long do you expect this process to go through before they deposited money into my bank? Should I expect RM3000 from them? My tuition fee balance from them is still a lot...
