This project has been selling since 2 years back (still can be found during the recent iproperty fair early this month)...if u are a malaccan, go figure out the potential of that area...bukit katil...feasible ar!?
IMHO, Malacca's property has been curse with a spell, only those props which really located in the city center can do well... take A famosa resort for example, ppl who bought there crying big time..

After the 5 yrs GRR, what to do with ur unit if it doesn't do well? how to off-load? worst case, hav to serve the bank installment till it pays off and use the unit as own vacation villa...
