people looking for residential can consider landed property which above said project... for me looking for investment, i will look into MELAKA RAYA area only, like the leasing project HATTEN square and THE Straits residence... cause is GRR skim... i do have property in taman sinn, ujong pasir, 22 x 80, 4 bedroom + 2 bathroom, fully air-con, just refurbishment last year, you know how much my rental i got, RM500.00 only. so invest melaka landed property cant get higher return... mainly for own use...
