QUOTE(Goofball @ Mar 29 2012, 01:05 AM) Hi guys. My husband and I are also looking at retiring in Melaka....well, not for another 15 - 20 years Vista Kirana is nice resort style fantastic for holiday home and rental. Added on May 19, 2012, 4:13 pm QUOTE(Bliz @ May 17 2012, 03:05 PM) No it isn't, there's no more free hold properties around Melaka town. So far only those lousy locations are free hold Price is alot cheaper. I dont have problem with least hold. As long as area is nice, resort like, nice people and neighbors more important. You are not going to be here forever This post has been edited by Matvista: May 19 2012, 04:13 PM |

QUOTE(tr|n|ty @ May 24 2012, 10:24 AM) haha I second that. During the property show, they don't even bother me. I stood there look around and wanted ask them something and in the end waited for like 10 minutes until one of them came to entertain me while they prefer chatting among themselves. Malaysians are friendly people, stay cool be nice ... ask to speak to the .. sales person.. I am sure they will be pleased to assist.. have a nice day. This post has been edited by Matvista: May 25 2012, 10:42 AM |
