Well we ended up buying the bungalow lot at Vista Kirana after seeing Paya Rumput 1, my parents don't like the place and the surrouding. One of my contractor also says the build quality is not that good compared to Vista Kirana, well for 200k cheaper, u can't really complain much smile.gif

Well, my sister bought the house at Vista and recently just had the house. She got a lot of things which need the developer to touch up also. I don't really see got any different.
*
Well there's reason for it to cost 200k cheaper right? Besides those are comments from my contractor as i believe he knows which one has better build quality. Your sister's vista is Bungalow? Which model?

if i not wrong, vista kirana is not freehold right?
*
No it isn't, there's no more free hold properties around Melaka town. So far only those lousy locations are free hold tongue.gif , my current house ( Semabok Perdana ) is lease hold as well

Vista Kirana is nice resort style fantastic for holiday home and rental. rclxms.gif

Price is alot cheaper. I dont have problem with least hold. As long as area is nice, resort like, nice people and neighbors more important. You are not going to be here forever rclxms.gif

True to the point, lease hold or free hold doesnt matter to me since I am buying for my own stay smile.gif

Vista kirana definitely not suitable for rental as it's a gated & guarded community

for senior citizens whose knees are no longer strong, a single storey house suits their needs. No need to climb up stairs.

im looking for a retirement home. TPR seems an ideal place since they sell single storey bungalows. but im keeping my option open in the hope that other developers will build single storey bungalows somewhere in the good ol Melaka.... smile.gif

They can always stay on the ground floor smile.gif , single storey bungalow are not popular due to the reason i stated above.
