Once your phone is connected to the USB port of your PC, check the Device Manager in your Windows and see if there's an Android Device listed there. You should have an entry "My HTC" listed there. |

There is one but it shows yellow triangle exclamation mark.. but when I tried to update it, it says that its already up-to-date I don't know what else to do~ EDIT: looked at the properties it says 'Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware. If you've installed the HTC USB drivers, it should update it to My HTC. |

Hello there,
I am having problem with Sensation Xe volume rocker all of a sudden fell off. My phone didnt have any fall before.. So thinking to bring the phone to the HTC service centre.. The question is should I unroot my phone first? Thanks.
