QUOTE(hengguowei @ Apr 12 2012, 08:01 PM)
Hi guys. When I stream movie across my network, does it matter how fast is my MicroSD because I have made sure all my network is at its fastest with Gigabit LAN and 802.11N setup but I still can't stream a FullHD movie properly? It stops and stops like when you have a slow internet and starts buffering. Please shed some light here. notworthy.gif
Hey, hengguowei. First of all, in my opinion, it does not matter how fast your MicroSD card is if you want fast streaming. Second, how fast is 'fastest setup' on your Gigabit LAN? Are you using any custom ROMs? Do you have any computers connected to the same connection? If so, how's the streaming speed on the computer?

Here to help. Do let me know. smile.gif

I never actually had the chance to check the score. Because battery life not that good, so I had it changed right away. I was on 3G. If you don't use, the battery life should be normal. smile.gif

I have the same problem, have u resolved it? what do u do?

any master here can help?
and another problem that i faced is when the phone is charging via usb cable (i chose Charge Only), if i unlock the screen and play with it, the connection type will automatically become disk drive instead of charge only.  rclxub.gif

fyi, i don't face these probs b4 the ICS update.
*
It's the update. Many are now complaining on what you guys are experiencing. I don't think it's not yet stable. If this issue is serious enough to them, I bet they will issue another update ASAP. We'll just have to wait for it. smile.gif

Regarding the charging issue you're experiencing, what do you mean when you unlock the screen an play with it??

I juz got Patriot LX Series Class 10 32GB. Any idea how to swap old to new memory card ah?

This is what I found in XDA:
New sdcard mini howto:
-Make a full nandroid backup
-now make a full backup of your sdcard via windows (copy all the shit - including the new nandroid backup)
-insert new sdcard
-boot up your system.it looks ugly and most stuff is missing.
-get rom manager from market
-format sdcard with it - 512mb ext, 0mb swap
-go to recovery, switch on usb mount, copy your saved sdcard on it, including that nandroid backup
-go to advanced, reboot recovery
-restore your nandroid backup
*
Well, basically, I think what you're looking for was already briefly explain in what you found in XDA. smile.gif Or you didn't understand? Which part? smile.gif

like while charging, i wanna send a sms, or browse something, within a few seconds, the sd card would be unmounted automatically and connection type became disk drive... actually i just want it to be charged only...
*
And you've never experienced this before only until you updated right?

Anybody here tried Leedroid 7.1.0 with SebastianFM kernel 1.4.1?  Someone reported a very low battery drain with that kernel.  Currently I'm using Bricked v0.851 but it seems like the battery drain is roughly around the range of 55-70 during phone idle/sleep.  Currently on UV -50, 1512Mhz, ondemand, maxoffscr 486k.
*
Sorry no. But I am on Android Revolution HD with SebastianFM 1.30.2 1620 MHz. Buttery smooth. smile.gif Battery life is perfect. smile.gif

That's the problem if you love mods and you get a stock which is unupgradable right? Hahaha. That's a good idea you know. Exchanging with him. Only if yours is in a good quality~ tongue.gif

trust me, since yr phone is rooted, i highly suggest you to try custom rom, is so way way way way way better than official stock rom.
if u want to get the taste of a stock rom, try ARHD, is quite close to stock rom. Or u want to try a vanilla android ICS, try virtuous inquisition!
*
+1 on what you said in the first sentence, bro. I was glad I changed to customs. A bit worried and scared during the first time trying out myself and almost bricked. Haha.

Secondly, yes, try Android Revolution HD. They have 2 version. One is completely stock looking. Another one is a custom, if I am not mistaken how you interpret their ROMs. And mike1986 is a very recognized developer. 17,560 thanked him and almost 9 million hits on his ARHD ICS thread. smile.gif Buttery smooth and so far, I have no problem using it after his last 6 updates.

He has not updated any Mods and Addons for the ICS update. But you still can use the old HQ Camera. Just flash it. I'm using it with no problem and really improved camera images. smile.gif

Edit: Here you go: HQ Camera for ICS. It says it is already included by default in the ARHD 6.6.2. So, no need to worry~ smile.gif
