I have installed cwm, flash the firmware to 3.32.401.5 and using Leedroid Supersensational rom. But i'm having numbers of issues with the custom rom, and i want to have the official ICS. Can you guys tell me wad to do?

Do i have to flash to stock recovery using this ?

After applying the FOTA upgrade, my HTC is S-OFF but not rooted, it is half an hour has not even properly restarted. IS that normal.

I removed the batt and it went back to 2.3.4

Please advice

Sigh, I've just lost my phone yesterday night ! Suspect it dropped off somewhere ..

yes, but unreachable I knew the phone was low battery since i last access it

Its just 6 months old and data plan still tied to contract with digi for 18 more months

Really lost and not sure what to do. These are what i can think of now :-
Need some suggestion from you guys as well

1) buy solo set & continue with my current data plan rm68

2) buy solo set & terminate current plan, pay penalty rm525, and sign up for cheaper plan rm38

3) buy phone+plan from digi & renew contract again

Reason why i opt for lower plan cos my data usage normally max 1gb per month only..

need more suggestion & opinion

did u try using sense to locate ur phone? well if its still on u might find it...

oops my bad the htc sense website updated and i dunno how to use locator anymore.

What logo screen do you see? If Android mascot with caution logo, means that you're using custom recovery, you need to change to stock recovery.Refer to my and binary's previous post on how we got the same issue and solved it.

If you're stuck with android phone+caution logo, you can press volume up key and look at the error message. I got this issue while applying the FOTA upgrade since I removed SoundHound_freemium.apk previously.

As for root, I'm not sure if binary has already re-installed his root, but I'm applying right now. Seems that some of my apps have partial root access, and some are denied root access.

I've gotten back my root after successfully installing CWM recovery.

oh, no need to install back SU eh? great, working on it now (the benefits of working on Friday )

You still need to re-install the latest version of SU and Busybox as well.

hehe. I only need to parse back the recovery. SU working fine now

eh weird la why everytime i restart my phone, sure got come out that updating android system starting from 1/40 sumthin like dat.. EVERYTIME! i tot shud be once.. (after update)

Hmm y fren updated, but then..
gallery does not show all pictures, folders not detected.. checked the hide/show menu aldy
music cannot detect mp3 files.. cannot add widget also
got summore problems he told me but cudnt remember..
and this morning it displays crash warning and he clicked the Tell HTC button many2 times.. now phone keeps restarting.. unable to open at all..

So now I'm afraid to update to official ICS. Any other users who experience these ?

I have no experience this problem but u can try tell ur friend to Factory Reset phone after update to ICS.
