Guys, what if I'm going to the gym from Monday to Friday? Rest on Saturday and Sunday. How should I split my workout? Any idea?

Jz wanted to ask the same questions. Is it recommended to have workouts 5 days in a row without resting? I would usually leave chest at the end of the week as I would not be able to do arms and shoulders workout after my chest workout.

Thanks. I guess I'll split mine to:

Day 1: Arms
2: Back
3: Shoulders
4: Legs
5: Chest

Is that alright? By the way, how bout abs?

Soreness means shit. Just because you're not sore doesn't mean you're not growing. CONSISTENT poundage increments WITH GOOD FORM is an indication of growth.

CONSISTENT poundage increments while cutting also is an indication if a recomp is going well although i do not recommend recomping for newbies and intermediates.
