Just wanna ask for help or opinion maybe...
1stly, I'm a regular gym customer...used to hit the gym twice/3 times per week. (depends on my free time)
Just a few days ago, i'm doing exercise for my forearm & after i finished, yeah...it hurts.
Well, at 1st i thought just a usual muscle pain (contraction & expanding of muscle after workout).
Now, almost 5 days, the pain still didn't go away.
Does anyone here know anything bout this?
There is someone said to me ; dat i've overuse my forearm muscle and i need a rest at least a month. Is it true? A month?
Means no workout for me in a month....
*About the pain*
-in normal state, it doesn't hurt at all
-when i grasp my knuckle (genggam tangan), i start to feel the pain as my muscle is contract.
-when i lift weight esp heavy weight, there is it...the pain slightly increase
