successfully upgraded my phone to Jelly Bean via Kies, no lags at all but now when whatsapp arrives or sms arrives there's no vibration sad.gif anyone facing the same problem?

i tried to update to this rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2244441

at the final step i got samsung setupwizard has stopped during instalation sad.gif
i try wipe in recovery mode got error.

i think my phone bricked?

Prob solved after downgrade back to GB.
now i'm enjoying with Jet Mod 3.2, everything is smooth! minion rush game run smooth

any other recommendation rom? notworthy.gif

mine was AP set. Try to updated via kies. But its state mine was already latest firmware. How to updated to JB? can someone help me. TQ

Use odin to install stock JB rom...

Hi, what is the possible problem for my Galaxy S Advance's battery drain very fast? Well it's not due to heavy usage or what so ever as the phone will suddenly shut down and when I re-charge it, the battery indicator shows 50%

Could it be the batt or the phone itlsef? Yes, I did drop the phone previously.

How much is the batt for this model?

Try open setting> battery... look what really consume the battery...
If the chart didn't really go to 0%, but suddenly off, maybe its ur phone..

How long ur battery last after fully charged?
U on official stock rom or using custom rom?

Usually it will last about 50% from the batt bar indicator and suddenly the screen goes blank without any notification, when switch it on it will shows low batt status.

I'm using stock rom, GB

Im using JB custom rom (HarshJelly)...
So far very smooth n stable...
Depend on u... if want to feel netter, just upgrade...

Just upgraded yesterday thru kies without any problems.

Interface is a whole lot nicer with acceptable performance.
Especially like the sharpness of the fonts and colour contrast.
It's a good change from the aged gingerbread OS.

yes, OTA is not available for software upgrade at the moment. Got to plug in cable

managed to upgrade to 4.1.2 jelly bean to my galaxy s advance, read lots of comment regarding the phone will become laggy and hang, prefer the original gingerbread.

so how's you guys experience? I haven't encounter any problem coz still new to the OS, need some time to find out.
