momax 2700 will make your phone bulky, I have one, and only used it once.
actually I dont mind the phone to be bulky but I need case to protect it cos I'm to clumsy. So in the end I keep my momax battery and maybe will use it when travel.

ahh.. okies.. don like bulkiness. thanks for the share mate

Why do you need to retype all your Google contacts' names?  Since they're synced, their names shld be intact right?
*
problem arise when frens wana use nama glamour in FB, but in real life i call them using their usual name
tu ler.

the ics contact must match similar name.. if not cant sync zz

adesss.. tempting max la! i will most likely jump shipto s 3 too..
as mentioned, i ll go for the 2nd batch as i want to wait for my contract to abiz 1st

unless..

for maxis user, got such thing as top up plan with new phone and etc? eg, i wana buy s3 but my contract for s1 still 3 months left. Can i just buy s3 at 2 years contracted price, means top up my contract for 2 years (so the maxis plan will be 2 years 3 months)

Hi guys i'm deciding between ICS333 n SlimICS, any inputs?

N is there any conflicts if i were to use Semaphore/Devil kernels?

Just want smooth, lag-free n stable rom n kernel, don't really play games with the phone tongue.gif
*
i nvr try slim before, but i m a happy ics 333 user. great batt life, stable and fast

nice list. i shall indulge myself in gaming after i get s3. s1 is great, but gaming wise sometimes still glitches and lag here and there. only playing 'lesser' games like scramble with friends and etc

Thanks.  Took me some time to come up with that list since I use my SGS sweat.gif  Good luck on your SIII! thumbup.gif

thinking to buy, but havent yet. but my contract still got 5 months to go (maxis), thus i have to pay 1k to terminate it. so, wont buy now.. wait for 2nd batch and also in the mean time save money 1st. RRP 2.2k. grrr..

moderate use:
- whatsapp often through out the day (moderate usage)
- calls and sms (moderate, had a not so bz day at work)
- play scramble with frens for approx 15 - 20 mins (this app normally runs in the background i ges)
- some facebooking and tweeter here and then
- din reli use the browser much (at times, this eats u lots batt). perhaps only 15 mins
- approx 30 mins of poweramp (playing via bluetooth connection to my ride)
- slept between 11pm to 645pm, thus phone idle (not 'deep idle'.. i nvr use nor know what is this function. lol) during then (notice that the discharging during phone quite drastic this morning, duno y)

for the whole time, i m either on 2g or wifi

had to recharge my phone when i reach office this morning

for me, this is very good dy.
if heavy use, i ll can tahan till 12pm at night (7am - 12pm, 17 hours batt 100% to 15%)

wah.. till 1%.. haha.. nice la can last till 1 day.. going to try ics333 after back hometown la if so.. ty for ur ss.. :-D
*
haha. its ok. i nvr test so extensively since the early days of flashing. just that its regretful during the whole day, i wasnt using it heavily then. If not, perhaps i will need to charge at 12am before sleep (then, there should be around 15 - 20% left)

as i said, i m very happy already. Previous ROMs required me to charge during mid day at work!
