Realise stock THS is smoother than onecosmic.
Onecosmic need to add semaphore then will achieve the smoothness like THS. Added Semaphore 0.8.1, sadly, GPS don't lock easily. Revert to THS Build 16 |

Hi gajahwhite,
is Team ICSSGS RC4.2 Rom sufficient for daily usage (call, sms, FB, whatsapp, etc...) ? I'm looking for a stable custom rom (not reli care if it is ICS or GingerBread) coz i cant stand the lag of GingerBread stock rom alrdy. @@ Any stable rom recommended ? |

ICSSGS RC4.2 is table for daily use.. and for ur information, i'm also a person who only use the stable ROM for my daily use.. coz i always use my phone for call, sms, fb, whatsapp, read news, view football news/result, capture pic, email apps and so on.. so i would recommend u this ROM + semaphore kernel.. coz i never use the stock kernel since 1st day use this rom so dunno the performance of it stock kernel..is Team ICSSGS RC4.2 Rom sufficient for daily usage (call, sms, FB, whatsapp, etc...) ? I'm looking for a stable custom rom (not reli care if it is ICS or GingerBread) coz i cant stand the lag of GingerBread stock rom alrdy. @@ Any stable rom recommended ? btw.. referring to Crossover, he already tried both ICSSGS & Team Hacksung.. and he said Team Hacksung more better in term of performance.. i nvr try yet THS.. |

gajahwhite:
Battery life for THS, to me, i normally charge on each morning while driving to work, before charging is around 40% left. Compare to my stock GB last time, before charging will be around 50%. So i consider it is pretty compatible with GB battery life. I have not got a chance to have a full day trial on onecosmic, cos the smoothness (on stock) just let me down, and semaphore make my GPS lock slowly. Hence i m not able to comment on my usual battery usage. I suspect it has a better battery might be due to "Battery Life eXtender (BLX)" that it incomporated in his latest RC4.2. |
