You can just change the language either at the startup setting during first boot or in Language and Input in Settings
Use the Updater app provided in the rom to download T9 dialer, Facelock and Toggles flashable zips

@gary - ICS333 is AOSP. Dont flash the CM9 one. it cause bootloop.

Ahh, I thought you ask about kernels.. Sorry Should've warned you not to flash zips as some are not compatible.

i thought addon only support aokp.

btw i mean i'll flash my rom to cm9 nightly, then flash the twics addon 1.5 for cm9

real smooth .. no lag at all but i think it is third party apps instead of pop up play by samsung, hmn.. can even resize it

hi guys, successfully flashed Elite RC V1.3.. pretty smooth really.... just I encounter 1 problem.. The face unlock... i was like flashing the file in the op for ten times and yet I cant get it work... The toogles is working fine... Pls any1 enlighten me please... am I missing something? thanks

I didn't flash the zip because I don't use face unlock. You can try asking in the thread in XDA
