btw, switched back to elite rom's stock kernel. Using midnight kernel causes my screen to have glitches

Yeah, most ppl are not used to the screenshot option in powermenu but since I can use Vol down+power button to screenshot, it doesn't matter for me. Finally v5 is coming eh, too long since the last update

Am thinking about that too long ago.. I think you'll have to edit your own number in SIM, but not sure hw can it be done

Flash this in CWM before flashing ur desired kernel.

There're 2 versions, one for Samsung stock roms, another for CM, make sure u use the correct one. For ICS, use the one for CM7

No problem. You'll have to pay attention to the thread too because some kernels have scripts in init.d which conflicts with other kernels, thus unable to boot. Removing those scripts however will solve the problem.

Yes. If you flash the patch, you'll be able to do 720p video recording with "340Mb RAM/370Mb (CM9 version)"
However, "386Mb (LR version)" will break 720p recording.

Depends on whether you'd want to retain 720p recording, if u do, don't use LR version
